Belmont Butchery offers some of the finest pork available. Our house standard is a hormone-free, antibiotic-free pork from a commercial farm in North Dakota. More highly marbled than supermarket brands and never injected with "artificial flavor enhancers", our natural pork possesses a simple, robust, delicious flavour all its' own.

What if I want local? We're very proud of the house standard pork we offer, but even that excellent commercial farm doesn't hold a candle to some of the rare breeds we see! We are fortunate to be able to occasionally feature rare-breed Ossabaw, Tamworth and Duroc hogs from local family farms. This pork possesses a richness and character unique to each rare breed, reflective of the terroir in which it has been reared, and is an unadulterated experience of porky goodness.
